Return & Refund Policy

MATERIAL WITNESS releases are limited edition. Each EXHIBIT is a finite run. All sales are final for orders that arrive as described. Because releases are limited and fulfill community funding commitments, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing.
That said, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at hello@materialwitness.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping is covered by MATERIAL WITNESS for qualifying returns.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@materialwitness.co. Do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
All MATERIAL WITNESS EXHIBIT releases are final sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or any reason other than damage or defect upon arrival. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item and would like an exchange, contact us at hello@materialwitness.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will evaluate on a case by case basis given the limited edition nature of our releases.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
